Do you offer special terms for newly qualified practitioners?
All graduates from training programmes accredited by either The National Institute of Medical Herbalists or the European Herbal Practitioners Association may participate in our start up programmes. We offer two options. Simply place your order with us, pay 10% upon receipt and then make 9 monthly payments by direct debit. There are no interest charges, no set up fees. Alternatively you may place your order and pay upon receipt with a 25% discount. Are there minimum order values?
The minimum order value is £30.00, though for regular customers this is usually waived.
How much will I be charged for carriage?
Carriage is charged at £9.00 for standard next day delivery for orders weighing up to 10Kg. Beyond 10Kg, carriage is charged at 30p per Kg. 1L of tincture weighs approximately 1Kg. Small orders may be posted, postage is passed on at cost.
How much do I have to spend in order to have my order carriage free?
For most of the UK mainland carriage is free on orders over £200.00 net of VAT. Certain postcodes in the highlands of Scotland need to spend £500.00 to receive free carriage and £250.00 to recive a discount of 50% on the carriage. If you live in the North of Scotland please ask at the time of placing your order and ewe will advise if this applies to you. Customers in Norther Ireland and the republic of Ireland also need to spend £500.00 in order to receive free carriage. No carriage discounts apply on any orders below this value.Do you offer medical advice or advice on the use of medicinal herbs?
No, we are not allowed to offer such advice.
Do you hold any quality certificates or licenses?
We have been inspected by the MHRA and our manufacturing license is pending.
What happens if I have a complaint?
All complaints are dealt with through our complaints procedure and handled by our quality assurance department. all complaints are thoroughly investigated and remedial action taken where necessary.
